Man...that's a lot of licences haha. When I did it we got a piece of notecard (no picture!) that we and a highway patrolman signed as our learning permit then six months later a crappy black and white photo on laminated card stock for our full license ...and I'm not even that old.

The DMV (at least in CO) will put whatever you say to them on your license... My dad went in to get his renewed and he noticed that the lady never once looked up at him to see if what he was telling her was remotely correct. So he asked her if he said he was 4'6" 300lb with pink hair if that's what she would put on his license. She said yes. He is 6'5" 190lb and would never, ever have pink hair. Moral of the story: the DMV is a joke.

Florida lets you keep the same one but the rules just change overnight!

What do all the steps mean there? FL has two:

For the first three months; no driving after 7 pm

after that, no driving after 10 pm

Learners permit is with an adult from 5-9 for the first 6 months then any time with an adult for the next 6 months then you can get your limited provisional licence and dive from 5-9 unsupervised with family or one person not in your family. Full provisional has no restrictsions.
